Are you a new user?

Before you begin, you need:

  • A valid email, a valid phone number or an international phone plan.
  • A stable internet connection.
  • Digital photographs of yourself and your family members.
  • Scanned copies or photographs of your identity documents (passport, ID card) if available.

There are 6 steps in your application process:

  1. You must be over 18 years old and a national of Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras or Nicaraguas. If you are not Guatemalan, you must have entered Guatemala before 16 July 2024.
  2. You will be asked for personal information, such as your date of birth, name and possible needs.
  3. Upload a clear photo of yourself from your device (phone, tablet, computer). If you do not have one, you can take one now before you start.
  4. Upload a photo of your identification document (if you have it).
  5. Please add all the family members who are with you who fall into the following categories: partner/spouse, minor children (including step-children and foster children), minor grandchildren and parents. If other family members not listed above are willing to apply, they need to submit their own application separately.
  6. You will be asked to answer a short questionnaire before you can submit your application.
